How should you build the import declaration in UNI-PASS around one object record?
Its published supporting-document list includes the invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and inspection certificate when applicable. Customs reviews the description, quantity, origin, and other declaration facts, issues an import-declaration certificate after acceptance, and then permits release from the bonded warehouse or area.
Korea Customs Service says an owner of the goods or customs broker may submit the import declaration through UNI-PASS. The buyer should name the declarant, arrival facility, bonded location, and person handling Customs questions before dispatch.
Lei-Kol's packet should state the buyer and seller, invoice number and date, artist, unique title, actual creation year, original acrylic-on-canvas medium, dimensions, quantity, real sale price, currency, United States origin, and agreed delivery terms. Add matching photographs of the front, edges, reverse, and signature; the certificate; packing list; protected dimensions and gross weight; freight and insurance records; and transport reference. Korean translation or local data formatting can be arranged by the representative, but the underlying title, value, measurements, origin, and transaction must stay consistent.
