The Commission Process
Tell Us What You Want
Send us your room dimensions, wall color, preferred palette, desired mood, and ideal size. Upload a photo of your wall if you have one. Tell us which existing Lei-Kol paintings you are drawn to — this gives us a clear creative starting point.
We Quote and Design
Lei-Kol reviews your brief and provides a commission quote based on size, complexity, and timeline. You will receive a rough concept sketch or color study so we align on direction before paint touches canvas. No surprises.
Deposit Secures Your Spot
A 50% deposit reserves your place in the studio queue. Payable in any accepted cryptocurrency or PayPal. The deposit is credited toward the final price. Typical lead time is 4-8 weeks depending on current studio load.
Lei-Kol Creates Your Painting
Your piece is built up over weeks in dimensional acrylic layers — the same heavy impasto technique used across the entire catalog. You receive progress photos at key milestones. Adjustments are welcome during the early stages.
Approve and Ship
When the painting is complete, you review final photos. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Your original is professionally crated, fully insured, and shipped to your door — free in the USA, quoted internationally.

Commissions are priced comparably to our stocked originals and depend on size and complexity. As a general guide:
Can I request a specific style from the existing catalog?
Yes. Many commissions are variations on an existing piece — same style, different size or palette. Tell us which catalog painting speaks to you and what you would change.
How long does a commission take?
Typical lead time is 4-8 weeks from deposit to delivery, depending on size and current studio queue. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
What if I do not like the final result?
We align early with concept sketches and progress photos. Major adjustments are welcome during the first stages. Because commissions are custom originals built for you, they are final sale upon approval.
