How should you name the EU entry point and Slovenian declaration route?
Slovenia's Financial Administration says goods entering the Union from a third country generally require an entry summary declaration before arrival and remain under customs supervision after entry. It says declarations for a selected procedure are lodged electronically and supported by the documents relevant to that procedure, such as the invoice, origin evidence, or an authorisation.
When the work enters the EU directly through Slovenia, FURS identifies the Port of Koper, Ljubljana Airport, and post as the available direct-entry routes. A carrier entering through another member state may use a different customs or transit path, so the booking must identify the actual office and procedure.
The buyer or customs representative should confirm who lodges each declaration, where the package is presented, whether it is released for free circulation at entry or moved under transit, and who receives requests for additional information. Lei-Kol's packet should consistently identify the seller and buyer, invoice number and date, artist, title, creation year, original acrylic-on-canvas medium, dimensions, quantity, transaction price, currency, United States origin, and delivery terms. Current photographs, certificate, packing list, protected measurements, gross weight, freight evidence, and carrier record should describe the same object.
