Use the Art Walk as an observation tool
Fountain Hills says its public collection contains about 150 works and maps art walks through the Centennial Circle, Avenue of the Fountains, Community Center, Library, and Fountain Park areas. That municipal record allows useful comparison of sculpture, murals, photography, and other media in civic settings. It cannot authenticate another object, show what private collectors own, or imply Town approval of a seller.
Build a transaction file with artist, title, date, medium, support, dimensions, weight, edition details when applicable, condition, and substantiated ownership history. Save current photographs of the face, reverse, edges, labels, signature, frame, and mounting system. If a listing asserts a relationship to an Art Walk work, local artist, or Town program, request the catalog, commission record, or other document supporting exactly that connection.
